I live in AZ and actually had the same thing happen today.. hence why I´m on here looking for answers. I was at the DMV or MVD depending on what state you´re in.. but I was waiting in line for about 15 minutes and when it was my turn I went for the clutch lever and nothing. I tried pumping it constantly and it helped it a bit. To answer your question though, I do have steel braded line covers.. and the same thing.
