the vibration is coming from the actual tank covers under either side of the seat. there a rebber noise buffers which can be bought at the dealer
i had the same problem. if you get off the bike and throttle it you can see the vibrating of these covers are massive. the cost me 17 dollars and took about 45 minutes to fix
