hi, i smashed my ts250x1989 & now im fixing her up, the engine is still sweet with 34000 kms on her, it starts 1st or 2nd time but i have this weird problem where the electricals seem to be in reverse, if i power on the throttle, the headlight dims where it should brighten. also the battery wont charge fully after testing it. eg: 12v / 4 amps. it wont go over 6 amps on the charger & was wondering if thats normal? the manual is confusing regarding the batterys specs. thanks in advance, dante
