Hi. Im having problems with my ts 250, and wondering if any one can offer any suggestions?

After running bike for 15 mins or so, bike stops. Seems to me to be electrical, as there is no coughing or splattering which might point toward carby / fuel problems. I have changed ignition coil & checked all wiring. Also difficult to start after engine dieing.
Any help would be appreciated!!!!!!
