Mines smooth as buggery, as for the "slow to get up to speed" thingy, I dunno, I´m still running mine in so I´ve got to stay below 5.5Krpm. (brand new K6 model) Also I´m rather inexperienced so I can´t really make a comparison. No rattling though, I´d get it checked out.

Otherwise all seems fine to me
