I´m thinking about purchasing a used 2006 SV1000 and wanted to find out if anyone knows if there are any notorious problems with this year, make, and model. I´ve looked at a few of them already, and two sellers claimed that they can be quite hot in the summer. Not that they run excessively hot, but that you can really feel the heat coming off of them in the summer months. Are there any other issues that one should be aware of before buying this bike? Thanks.
