i have a 1975 rv 90.i put new points,plug and air filter in it.sometime when you start it up it acts like it is loading up.sometimes it seems to run good and other times it acts like the pipe is plugged.also the throttle is slow to respond.you can open the throttle till it is buried and the bike gradually picks up speed
