i start my bike up in the morning using the choke,(i have a 99 gsxr600) to warm her up but when i turn off the choke the bike stays revving at 4000 rpm,i haVE to turn off the bike let it cool down then start and it goes back to normal idle 1000-1200 rpm,any solutions, always happens with i cold start,could it be the choke cable snagging,
