Motor keeps Binding / seizes .....

Motor keeps Binding / seizes .....

Motor starts for a few secs then stops suddenly seizes / locks up. Then if I turn the magneto bolt the other way it in seizes. Etc... etc....what could b the problem pls help me thanks...
