hello,im danny from england.i have 3 rg 250 gammas.you could have a number of problems.
1.check that fuel in the carbs have no water mixed in from the rain.spray brake cleaner into the airbox whilst cranking the engine.if it fires,you have a fuel problem.
2.low compression.piston or rings might be damaged.check and replace.
3.reed valves could be damaged.check the carbon flaps they should be closed tight.if any gaps,they need replacing.
4.if bike has been stood for a while,check all jets in the carbs.make sure there clean and free from dirt or gummed up petrol.
summary.if you have a good spark it can only be 2 things.fuel or compression.hope this helps you.if not get intouch and i will make more suggestions.good luck....
