Hi RG250 fans!
I have owned my 1986 RG-250 Walter Wolf for about 10 years... along with the rest of my 33-bike collection of Suzuki´s (really)... among which are his big brother (1986 RG500 Blue/White) and his little brothers an 1987 Blue/White RG125, and my little jewel a Blue/White 1988 RG50! Took some time off to raise my own kids and now getting back into the bikes. The RG250 is the first to get my restoration magic (I have done over 25 bikes) and I´m over 1/2 way done. My question is the rear shock... since my bike has high mileage (59k Km), I figure it´s time to toss teh stock rear shock... Can anyone tell me their favorite replacement shock? How about for the front? Race-Tek emmulators? Anyone with direct experience? Thank you in advance for your help - glad to be among like-minded crazy friends!
