I started my life on an RF600 in 1994 then went to an RF900 in 1996, both bikes purchased new and fantastic to ride. After many other bikes and a while off the saddle I returned to yet another RF900 in 2005, this bike when i purchased it had 87,000Kms on the clock. Sold it just recently for yet another RF900 which I purchased from a friend who had only managed to rack up 18,000Kms since purchased in 1997. It is in mint condition and was to good to refuse. So here I am well over a decade since my first RF and still raving about one of the most under rated bikes of its time. My current RF is fitted with a Yoshi Pipe and has six pot callipers from a GSX-R the neadles were raised to suit the pipe but other than that is stock and is fantastic. Oh yeh as per all RFs its buzzy all over at 100Kmh, from handle bars to the pegs but who sits there anyway? If you want to no any more from me just email me on captured@ncable.net.au Cheers Cal |
