Right near where the Shifter connects to the engine is a rod with a lock nut on each end. Loosen each of the lock nuts and rotate the rod. Rotating it one way will shorten the shifter and rotating it he other way will lengthen the shifter toward you. Then lock the nuts again when finished. |
