TIMING CHAIN DIAGRAM

somebody please help me assemble this Savage, there are no timing marks on this bike and it´s messed up. There´s no logical way to approach this timing, when the piston is at TDC nothing lines up in the cam sprocket, every clue is way off, the bolts are tilted, the pin is towards one side, the lobes are way off.
