Counter balance shaft?

I´m thinking of buying a 1996 Suzuki 650 Single. Does anyone know if this engine is internally counterbalanced by shaft (one or two shafts?), and is the counterbalancer driven by chain or gear? How is the road running vibration around 60 mph? Does the vibration numb one´s hands, feet, etc? Thanks.
