I bought this 2001 650 Savage the day after Thanksgiving last year(2003) I have ridden it about 700 miles so-far. Everything I´ve read about this bike talks about it being a good "first bike". I have been riding since I was 12 (I´m 48 now) and I can´t figure out why everyone makes this bike seem like one you would learn on.
It´s the best looking and riding bike I´ve ever owned. I´d like to hear from someone else that feels like I do, if anyone else does. I´d also like to know what´s wrong with the Savage?
