After great ride bike will not start ?

After a nice long ride, my finely tuned LS650 now only makes a fairly loud sound from the solenoid unit under the front of tank when starting. Never turns the motor or starts.. just the loud sound fr. solenoid. This is sort of out of nowhere. Never had similar problems.. Any help greatly appreciated!
