Have 07 ZX-14R thinking about getting 12 ZX-14R

My 2007 Kaw ZX-14R is very nice, but I hear the 2012 is ridiculously nice. I´ve customized my 14 with a 360 rear big tire kit , Voodoo exhaust, and it only has 7,600 miles. Would it be worth the trade up.
