I bought mine in 1979 when I was 15 years old. The water pump was broken, so my buds and I got about 3 minutes on it before it needed to be cooled down. Our top speed was about 120mph, but a little head shake kept us from pushing it past that. It now sits on the side of my house awaiting rebuilding after the 1983 Honda VT500. Just got done restoring my 1987 CBR 600 Hurricane...What a beauty!
