Hi, I´m just coming back to biking after a 15 year break. I got the bug again after hiring a CRB900RR on holiday earlier this year, and to be honest with you never rode big bikes even back when I used to ride reglarly 15 years ago. I´ve decided to buy a 1998 GSXR 750, and not being suicidal was wondering how good the factory fit steering damper is likely to be. With my lack of experince I don´t fancy getting a tank slapper I´m unlikely to be able to control - so wondering if I can rely on an old facory fit damper or if I neen to upgrade this component straight away.
All advise welcome.
