I have the same proplem, I got this when I removed my emmission system also known as the pair valve. This can also occur if you have a REALLY REALLY dirty air filter and/or plugs. Or if you have a power commander and Have it set to rich. I fixed it when I re-mapped my computer. Ususally not such a serious problem, unless you are having major bike problems.
