Timing chain noise

Hi my K3 600 has a rattle in the cam chain at 4500rpm. Rattle is not there at any other revs only 4500. Have replaced cam chain, guides, tensioner and cams (the gears for the cams are factory pressed on). Have been to 3 different workshops, no-one can track down what the rattle is any ideas?
