I bought mine new and with everything said and done, tax, title, registration, extended warranty, I am paying a little over 10 grand.
If this is way too much for you (which is understandable) keep your eyes open for something a year or two old. It would help me to know your price range to figure what year bike you should be able to buy. Never rush to an "Awesome Deal", you´ll probably get burnt.
