i got a 1999 gsxr 600 that was laided down by a rider and when he picked it back up it wouldnt crank. and when turing on the fuel pump will not stop running. only thing u can see wrong with the bike is cosmedic damage, nothin is wrong thats just out there. so y wont it crank? is the fuel pump bad? is it hydro-locked? wt do i need to do?
