95 & 96 HP Ratings

Looking at putting a GSXR 1100 in a dwarf car. Can anyone tell me why the 95 &96 engines are rated at 153 HP, whereas the earlier and later engines are rated at 155 HP. Was this just a mistake by bikez. Are they all 155 HP. Thanks for any help I can get.
