The weakest part of this bike is the seccond geer.
Most gsxr1100w`s get this problem after 50.000km ore 35.000miles.
Depens on how the bike was handeled.
It starts with a feeling that he jumps out of seccond geer.
If that happens, jou have to react admeaditly becaus in a few 1000km the damage is that big that you have to replace the complete gearingbox.
When you react in time, then its posible just to replace secondgear wrench (excuse my bad technical english)

BUT...
Its a marbles fine bike.
Strong in under and upper gearing.
A verry strong engine.
Good performens.
The only negative point is the wight, but thats becaus of his age.
In that time it was a revolution in the supersport world.
And still you can compair with moste of the latest supersport bikes, If you know how to ride this bike !
