Picked up a new Ecstar Double R last week. In this one week of ownership, the bike has thoroughly impressed every sense in my being. This is my second GSXR-1000. My first GSXR was a Mladin edition K4. The handling and power delivery is out of this world. I have never experienced such a finely tuned factory/stock bike. The up/down clutchless shifter works flawlessly. I have huge plans with many years of performance planned for this bike. This is a GSXR that has stepped up to regain its title as king of superbikes.
