I bought a 01 gsx 750 f katana about 2 weeks ago that had been sitting for about 2 yrs. The guy rolled it out and choked it and it started right up but would only run with choke on. So i know enough about motorcycles to know that meant the carbs definately needed cleaning. My local dhop only works on 2010 or later so i decided to fo it myself. Long story short ive gotten it running, poorly but running and it was still overloading cylinder causeing a backfire when giving it throttle. I took off carbs and cleaned more thoroughly and adjusted flost level to correct level and it started and ran almost perfectly for an around the block test ride. When i shut it off, the floats hund again and totally filled all 4 cylinders and air box with fuel. So i removed carbs again and cleaned and lubed everything checked to make sure the floats were opening and closing and reinstalled now it wont start. Any ideas whats wrong
