Hey Brian, as far as washing goes, just give it a rub down with a wet microfiber cloth like once a week or so. There really isn´t a reason to use any products on it unless its really dirty (which it probably won´t be if you keep with with the weekly maintainence). Don´t wash the chain (you´ll take all the lube off) or the brakes. Nothin real hard, you could wax it once a year too. I would use meguiars products.
