I was recently given a ticket on a 1996 Suzuki Katana 600. The bike has not been modified. Anyhow, I was said to be going 50mph on the bike with a rider on the back, and I was only in second gear. I need to get the gear/top speed ratios if possible. The case is bogus, for one, the officer never got me on radar, never had a visual, and told me that he knew the bike, and what they were capable of in second gear. Please give me any info you have on this bike, so I may use it to help my ticket. See, I currently have never had a sppeding ticket in my 15 years of driving, now, some jerk wants me to have to pay an extra 50% for the next five years if he can stick me with this.
