A good bandit mechanic in western Massachusetts?

Hello, I have a 1996 suzuki bandit 600 s. I have owned it for about 3 years and still have not been able to ride it due to some issues in having. I live in western mass and am stuck trying to fix it. I wanted the engine to be running at tip top shape before I started to do any mods to it..
So a little info on it. I bought it a few years back, at the time it would turn on and run no problem. Except I believe it was layer down due to some scratches and blinker broken. Also the chain was missing on it so I wasn´t able to test drive it. But for the price I couldn´t say no. So I got a new chain. New stater cover. New clutch cable. And a new battery. I drained the tank and carbs of old gas because it sat for about a year and added new gas.it was still running fine at the time.
Well then I moved and the bike sat for over a year. And now I can´t get it to start, when I did get it to start I would give it gas and the bike would die. So I´m guessing it´s a carb problem and I may have done something to the carbs when I drained them. I did not take them apart fully or adjust the valves in any way. Only drained the gas out of them. I´m good with tools and can learn how to fix it but I´m not good at it. And honestly I would rather pay someone to fix it then burden myself with it any longer. Does anyone know of a mechanic around new England, mainly western mass. That can work on the bike? If push comes to shove I´ll bring it to a motorcycle shop and have them look at it I just can´t afford a huge bill from them that´s why I haven´t done anything with it yet. Any advice it appreciated. Even a text with some suggestions would be awesome and appreciated. Thanks everyone.
