You are not givving too much info. It is good to know what year, what exhaust, what air filter,is there a jet kit,what is the colour of the spark plugs, what if You pull the choke, how did the problem start.
The only thing I can say is,that everything points toward very lean condition/improper jetting or dirty carbs/
