Hello ,Preston, do you still need an answer to your question, if so this is the procedure: insert key (should be facing 11:00 O´clock position), turn to about 1 O´clock position, pull cap straight out. NOTE: TRY SOAKING KEY-HOLE WITH A QUALITY PENETRATING OIL,INSERT NOZZLE INTO KEY-HOLE AND SOAK WELL.
GENTLY WIGGLE KEY BACK AND FORTH TO LOOSEN CYLINDER.
