Hi Kevin: Noticed your response to Evan for parts. I am looking for (original if possible) 1977 GS750 headlight housing and rim, seat, front fender, forks and springs, rear shock spring assembly, exhaust, spoke wheels, tank, and air box. I’ve known this machine since new and got it for free. I want to bring it back to original. It had the front end replaced after being hit while parked. Now it has lost its round smooth lines with a boxier front fender, headlight housing, and seat from a later model year GS850E. The tank has a couple of hairball paint by number touch ups, a minor dent, and the lines have lost their colour. The original air box looks good outside but is rusted out inside. And the old original spoke wheels are not safe anymore. I’ll have the carbs redone and it running in a week or two. One change made when new was to replace the stock bars with lower medium curved ones to bring out the flow of the lines. I also own a baby brother to it, an immaculate six speed 1979 425E in black with star wheels. Any help getting parts would be appreciated.
