re-jetting the mikuni BS32SS carbs

I have a 1982 Suzuki GS750T
with a Vance & HInes 4 into 1 exhaust ran just ok then installed K&N air filter (stock airbox replacement) now is very hard to start and runs rough when it does... what would you recommend as far as re-jetting the mikuni BS32SS carbs
