I just purchased a 1981 Suzuki GS 550 for very cheap. I got it home, and the battery didn´t work, so I charged it. The battery still didn´t work, maybe it won´t hold a charge, not sure. I decided to change the oil, and brake fluid. When I drained the brake fluid out, and filled it back up, the brakes stopped working. What am I missing? I´m sure I overlooked a step somewhere or another. I just ordered a repair manual, so until I get it I´m stumped. Also, does anyone know where I could purchase parts for this bike, I was wanting to get a new seat, a new gas tank, and other parts to make it look nice.
