The guy with a lifter problem;l did mine yesterday and it´s the shim that is sticky so take the lifter out and with a spanner or something small tap the top of the litfer all round till the shim comes loss or drops off then with some fine sand paper sand the side of it till the black marks are off and put back,problem solved.
