I sold my first bike ´80 Suzuki 550 GSL to a gal with the plan if she ever wanted to sell it I would buy it back. She never rode it and it sat in a garage for over a year. It now is rought to start and refuses to idle. I´ve rode it and does ok at higher RPMs. Emptied the tank - fresh premium + techron carb cleaner. Tried adjusting the throttle cable but now it is even harder to start. Any ideas please, I really like this bike - only 17,000 miles on it. Last compression check less than 500 miles ago was good, valves adjusted then too.
