Hi Dudes, How are you all? First I would like to introduce myself. My full name is Chandramouli and I´m from India(southern part). I presently live in CA, USA. I´m a software Engineer by profession. I´m a bike fanatic and I was involved in motorbike racing back in India and have won races. Bike racing is a not a big sport in India as in Europe or as in here. But we do race a lot. It was all 125cc wherein the top end is just 160 kmph..(still I think was pretty reasonable considering the track layout and design). I´m planning to take up the MSF course and also planning to buy a used motor bike. Do you guys think it would be necessary to take up the course since I think I know the basics or is it still advicable. I have never ridden anything more than a 250cc Since you would not be able to ride anything more in India. I´m planning to buy an used motorbike for less than 2000 $. I have Suzuki GS 500 in my mind. What motor bike would you advice. Also let me know as to where to look for used motor bikes. Thanks and Regards, Mouli |
