There should be a little knob on the side of the speedometer to the left. Turn it back and forth to see if the numbers move, if you can´t find the knob then that prbabaly means is has been broken off. You can try finding a speedometer on ebay or buy a NEW OEM assembly at Bikebandit.com That is if you have the money... Good luck!
