I am about to buy a ´82 Suzuki GS 450. It´s in fair shape but doesn´t run. This is to be my starter bike to get my bike license. I wanted to ask about the value of the bike (not running) and what issues I should address when getting it repaired. I have read that there were electrical problems that could blow up the charging system.

Please reply direct to me, I appreciate any help!
