I just picked up a 99 Suzuki GSX-R 750 that has been sitting in storage for a couple of years. I don’t know much about sport bikes (I have a Harley FXST that I have been riding for years, though I always wanted a sport bike). The previous owner had drained ALL the fluids from the bike. I tore the bike apart just trying to find the battery. I located it after removed nearly the entire back end to get under the seat. I am going to get a new battery for it. Does any one have a list of the type of brake fluid (i.e. standard brake fluid?), oil type and weight (i.e. 5w-30 synthetic), and engine coolant (i.e. standard coolant with a 50/50 water mix) that should be put in the bike? Are there any other fluids I should be aware of?
