SAE 15 Fork Oil : 1980 L Models 245cc or 8.6 Imp.oz. or8.3 U.S. All other models 238cc or8.4Imp. oz. or 8.0 U.S.oz.
Fork oil level 1980 L models :260mm or10.2in. All other models 216mm or 8.5in. The maximum alowable differance in oil level between right and left fork tubes is 1mm. or 0.04in. Remove spring and measure oil level from top of fork leg with fork leg held vertical and fully compressed
