Hi,
1 hose is the main gas feed.
2 hoses lead to the diaphragm on the gas tank that pushes the gas to the carb.
I´m not sure where the 4th hose goes.
I´ve owned my GS1000L for over 30 years and I´ve only had 2 hoses connected.
