| Just bought this bike for £1,095 in August 2002 with 8000 miles on the clock. I´m 6ft tall and this bike is really comfy for me but has a low enough seat height to be suitable for smaller riders. Brakes are great with a front disc brake and standard back brake. Handling is good and the bike corners well. I´ve only had the bike a week and the most I´ve had it up to is 65mph. It copes with the speed well but with no fairing, you do take a bit of a battering. The only gripe I have is that it´s quite hard to find neutral but then this might be due to my inexperience at the moment. This is my first proper motorbike after riding a clone Honda C90 Stepthru for a year. I have to be more careful when nipping past stationary traffic as the mirrors stick out more than on my previous bike. It´s a great bike and I look forward to putting in my two years on this bike before getting a bigger one when I´m out of my restricted period. Shaun. |
