The original silencer doesn´t let the engine breath, so a better silencer provides lots of more fun. Check this out:

You can also put a bit larger main jet in the carburator.
Motorcycle tuning spesialists can also fix the cylinder head, and install more opening camshaft and harder valve springs(but is +10-20km/h at max speed so needed?).
