yes you can. theres 2 points of restriction i´ve found so far. theres a plate on the carb and something similar to a washer inside the exhaust, i´ve derestricted my dr125se and it now does around the 80mph mark. and i´ve only takin the carb restriction out as the exhaust one makes your fuel consumption go through the roof
