It´s blowing oil out of the base gasket. It happened on my 2003 DR but luckily the repair was free under warranty. The shop replaced the poor quality paper gasket with a thicker metal gasket It´s a bit of a scandal that the DR´s had this fault. Start the engine up and spray some WD 40 at the base of the barrel, you´ll notice the blowback. Otherwise´ it´s a great machine. |
