| I have had the DR650 for 4 months and it is a wonderful machine on or off road. The bike has plenty of usable grunt, handles and stops well and the suspension is also faultless. I live in the country and ride in heavy scrub,well formed trails and gravel roads often and the bike can handle it all. The only concern is the bike is limited by the tyres due to having to be street legal. The tyres are actually bloody hopeless in the bush, I am looking for a more aggressive combination that are street legal without comprimising the bike´s roadholding capability (which is awesome) I recommend the 650 and at just over 8 grand (AUS) it is a good buy. |
