Can any one tell me which years the Suzuki Djebel 250 SE-I was produced and whether it is a 2 or 4 stroke. Also are parts readily available and if so where?

I live in China and have one that I want to purchase but I cant seem to find much information on the web about this make. I have a picture of it if some one needs to see before making any comments.
